The souvenir sat there for a few minutes before rolling off the roof to 38-year-old San Francisco resident Andrew Morbitzer waiting for a hot dog, and he was quickly ushered away by security for a postgame news conference.

Don't give a damn about baseball or Babe Ruth, but it's quite obvious that a baseball player pumped full of steroids does not belong in the same ranking category as one without.

Sure he is going to be labeled with a '*' for his accomplishments, but its not like
he's the only player to ever take steroids. He has done this in an era of baseball obviously
flawed by a large amount of steroid use, and he has been better than all of those other players.

What are they supposed to do? Make a list for people who used steroids?

Every player caught using Steroids should have his records disqualified.

Hopefully he gets hurt and never passes Hammerin' Hank. It'd be a shame if he did.

It is not a case of comparing cheaters who take illegal substances against other cheaters who take illegal substances. It is comparing cheater who take illegal substances against those who played the game by the rules and did not cheat.

This is the first time in nearly 85 years that Ruth hasn't been in the top two on the career home run list, according to David Vincent of the Society for American Baseball Research. He passed Sam Thompson to move into second on June 20, 1921, when he hit his 127th home run.

That's intersting - the way people go on about the poor quality of pitching when Ruth played, you'd think people would be hitting homeruns left and right back then.
