Barracuda or Caviar

I can get a 250GB seagate baracuda or WD caviar SE for basically same prive. they're both 7200.8. the seagate has 5yr warranty vs 3 for the caviar, but the caviar is SATA3G whereas barracuda is 1.5G. is the caviar noticeably faster to worth risking a shorter warranty? thanks

I think barracuda tends to be slower anyway right? but it does have NCQ (the caviar apparently does not, or doesn't claim to.)
