Barracuda and 32 bit data transfer?

I just got a new system with a P5WDH motherboard. I also have two Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM hard drives. When I was checking the BIOS I noticed that the Data Transfer Rate for the two drives was set to 16 and not 32. I changed the setting to 32 in the BIOS but according to Sandra my drives are still set to 16 bit transfer rate in Windows.

So, my questions are: Does anybody know if the hard drives support 32 bit transfer rate or not and if so, how can I get Windows to recognize that?

Any help would be greatly appreciated since I think my drives feel a bit on the slow side.
