Can anyone tell me about Government Medical College, Baroda University? How does it rank among Indian universities and medical schools?

Seems my doctor [trained at the Mayo Clinic] has jumped from my hmo & is being replaced by someone who is a graduate of the Government Medical College of Baroda University. So I'm curious as to how that school is viewed in comparison to other med schools in India.
