I ordered two posters from barewalls.com for my room and one of them had the bottom ripped about 3 inches toward the center. Anyways I was a little bothered but I emailed them and asked what could be done. They offered to either credit my account for the full amount of both my posters and shipping or to send me brand new ones. Either way they said I could keep the old ones. This was about a thiry dollar order too.
