Can a bare metal restore be done with TrueImage?

Yes its been iffy for me and a lot others on how well it works. It used to be my main imaging program until I heard and tried Shadow Protect Desktop. I have used it to put copies based on Intel systems to AMD tested it with Vista and XP. Here the review of it from PC mag...............A link to the trial d/l too......

I have on two system, both XP. dead HD on one, restored to a new one, and a really badly blown OS on another, restored to same HD. one was restored from split images on DVDs, the other from a USB HD. used the boot cd you make with TI. both times I was back up in like an hour.

TI ver 11 here.
