Bannon is going to cause a lot of problems for Trump. He lost his premier status at the WH and has been sidelined for awhile now, but he has kept his mouth shut and kept his news agencies from criticizing Trump... now he's loose like the Juice and it's going to be nothing but problems.

One interesting thing I noted this morning (and thought was odd) was how Joe Scarborough spent literally half the morning ranting about Steve Bannon for no particular reason. I actually switched to watch Cuomo because it was such an inane rant that really seemed to be too much given how little power and influence Bannon has right now. This was before any network had announced that Steve was out. Looks like either Joe was informed by MSNBC hours before they aired the story, or he has re-kindled his relationship with the Donald.

It will be easy to tell quickly on what way it's going to go. Drudge recently turned on Trump. Breitbart still fluffs him every day. If that doesn't changes then it will be very telling very quickly.

Remember that Bannon himself said from the start he didn't expect to be there a year I believe. Didn't he say something like 8 months?

Haha Bannon calls white supremacists "losers". Trump fires him. Who'dathunkit

IMO best part of tuesday presser was Trump describing Bannon as totally-not-racist completely unsolicited. Like, if someone has to introduce you at a party as totally not a pedophile you got problems.

Good. Now Gorka.

This will not be good for tRUmp. It's going to cause a rift in his supporters. Some of the "alt right" will defect and side with Bannon. Bannon will likely leak more info that is harmful as well.

I'm actually a tiny bit torn on this--bear me out here....after hearing his weird interview, I was actually very heartened about his view on war with Korea. That issue alone has the issue to make all else unimportant.

Now, that assumes Bannon was telling the truth. It assumes that now we have one less person who believes what he said about the horrific consequences of such war--and maybe the next guy will believe it even more, which would be awesome.

How will Bannon take control of the State Department now? My bet is he joins one of the consulting companies with a huge State contract, and effectively burns that institution to the ground.

Trump's Rasputin is gone, good riddance. What reason did Trump state for firing him? The real reaason, as we all know, is Bannon upstaged Trump in his recent interviews. Trump's red line is that no one can take credit for any achievement but him.

We all knew Bannon was a vile schmuck, but seems stupid as hell too. I mean its just unbelievable that he would give out the U.S. position on NK in a recent interview:

From the article... Bannon mockingly played down the American military threat to North Korea as nonsensical: “Until somebody solves the part of the equation that shows me that 10 million people in Seoul don’t die in the first 30 minutes from conventional weapons, I don’t know what you’re talking about, there’s no military solution here, they got us.” ... Basically signalling NK that its in the clear no matter what the prez says is borderline treasonous, and practically confirms the Trump teams incompetence.

Although not sure if thats the sole reason for his dismissal, but it is convenient. What a disaster this prick has turned out to be, on all levels basically, incl the perceived racist or white supremacist influence on the Trump presidency.

Bannon is just as valuable if not more so going back to Breitbart. He can influence more weak minds there than in the WH.
