Banner At Top

Same thing that happened last time. The banner took up the entire page and there were three of them. I'll upload a screenshot shortly.

When I go into a specific forum it's not there anymore, but everytime I load up my homepage (the forum index page) it's there.

Considering that the banners were only showing up on the index page, and none of the actual forums, your screenshot proves nothing.

If you would've read my edit, you would have already known that though.
