Hi,
I regret that you are having difficulty accessing our forums due to banned IP addresses. It is clear from your posts that you are not a spammer. Unfortunately, the volume of new accounts registering to post spam from IP address ranges you have used has made this necessary.
I have reviewed the IP addresses and address ranges you have used in the past to access our forums. I PM'd you with info about these addresses and how you might be able to determine those you may want to avoid using, if possible and one of your frequently used IP address ranges that is not currently banned. You can use this address range to access our forums directly without going through a proxy. We will not block this address range unless it also becomes widely used by proxy spam servers.
High volume spamming is a major problem from several countries, including Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, in your region of the world. This spam includes commercial spam, porn and worse, including direct threats of infections from viruses, trojans and other malware. Unfortunately, those most hurt by these spammers are honest residents of these nations. I am afraid that stopping these attackers is the responsiblity of government agencies, Internet providers and others in charge of defining and controlling Internet content and access at the source.
I regret the inconvenience this causes for you and your friends and countrymen in accessing our forums.
