Banned person following me?

germainerene signed up and 1 minute later followed you. Why I do not know. He was banned some 10 minutes after that for spamming so I don't imagine he will continue to follow you. I don't know any way to have people NOT follow you.
 
Someone with database access could just toggle that on germainerene's account, but I agree it isn't likely to matter. For that matter it isn't likely to matter if that account is just deleted, spammers typically don't just create the same account name again but if they did, it would be all the easier to track them opposed to creating a different username.
