The order I placed this morning was cancelled and when I call back, I was told that I was not allowed to shop online at staples.com any more. What an a@@ hole! Anyone has this experience before? And can I register another account again? Need feedback!!!

Edit: Hehe, the supervisor said won't give me any information about it but said, "if you look back to your order history, you will know". BullS##t! I just used any coupon that I can found to my orders. It is not my fault, it is theirs! So any suggestions?

HTTP proxies and a new credit card number/shipping to the store under a new name would be in your best interest if you plan to do further business at staples.com

They allow me to use these coupons and if they don't want to, should improve their system not banning me.
I made mass orders this holiday and I guess staples lose too much on me!

I was under the impression you weren't able to make an account b/c they were blocking your IP, but apparently not. You sound safe on the credit card number. I thought there was an option to ship to the store and pick it up locally (to save on shipping). If not that, then you might have to order from the Staple's kiosk and have the cashier apply the coupon codes instore.

So they told you they don't want your business, and you're looking for ways to keep buying from them? Why wouldn't you tell them to shove it, and then go shop somewhere else?

You aren't a customer who they profit from. You exploit their system. Why should they do business with you?

Thanks all for the input. That is not what I want (normally free shipping for over $50 shopping). Seems I must go to B&M to make purchase and answer to cachier everytime when she asks me for the physical coupon. As to the coupon, I don't own all these, but the system let me go, that is why I argue about the faults. Ok, nevermind, already been banned.

Hei, guys, we are in the money saving forum. Do you guying want to save money by coming here or not? So I should save some coupon and let staples earn some on purpose every time? Is that what you guys doing there?

If he isn't doing anything against their rules why shouldn't he be allowed to do business with them? If their coupon system has loopholes they should close them instead of giving their customers a hard time for taking advantage of them. Of course there is probably something more to his story that we haven't been told...

Edit: If this is indeed coupon fraud the guy should be lucky he isn't prosecuted.

Sure I mean I walked out of Best Buy with an armful of DVDs and the alarm didn't go off, so where did they get off calling the cops on me?!

A)This is the off-topic forum. Hot deals is down 2.
B)It's one thing to be a hot dealer it's another thing to be an unethical deal-seeker. There was a time when you could find coupons for buy.com and half.com like rocks on the ground. This kind of abuse is why they disappeared.

I'm ethical so I don't try to see whether I can get away with coupon fraud. But you're a "poor student" so I guess fraud is OK, right?

Busted for coupon fraud -- poor you.

I am also sure your address is banned in the system. And i really doubt you could scam delivery to the store for a very long time before the store got smart.
So you got what was owed to you for commiting coupon fraud.

Yep, we all use coupons for savings money. However, your arguments just don't sound right. Staples issue those coupons to some customers to show their appreciation to those customers' business. Those coupons are not meant for you (well, they are not meant for most of us). If you can get your order by using the coupons, it's good. If you cannot, just shut up and go somewhere else to order. It's not their fault. They have the right to do business with whoever they want to. And you are not the only one who was banned by Staples, a lot of people are.
