Banned from rage3d for posting a freeware player

I have know idea why the jerks banned me. But if anyone is intrested,

I found a Freeware program called KMPlayer and installed it, I have an All-in-wonder 800xt, I got great TV video but no sound I think because of NP/NSP driver, I think it wants to use the line in.

I found it here http://www.videohelp.com/tools

I am in no way connected with the site or the player other than I installed it.

It also played every file format I threw at it DVD, xvid, divix, avi mpeg, dvd from folder or file. seamless play back.

Just thought some might like it, I guess it don't pay to be a good guy anymore.



Those guys at Raged3d need to wake up and get a clue.

I still can't believe I got banned for trying to help.

I don't know about the bannage but...

When I had a 800XT AIW there was some quirky things about the sound. To eliminate the lag and 1-second buffer you had to run a audio cable from the PCB to the sound card or motherboard, like the kind of audio cable you would use for a CD drive. And you had to use a old driver, like Catalyst 6.2 or something.

I tried again and got the message again.

I tried to log in a little later and that's when I was informed I was banned and
never to return.

I mean a link to your posting on Rage3D that shows this "horrible offense" you committed.

Either way, change your router's MAC, get a fresh IP, and re-register.

My son is will be 7 next month and daughter is 4, can't live in front of a PC LOL

No matter, the KMPlayer is kool and works pretty good for everything. Maybe this post will bring some attention to it and get some use out of it, I like it better than VLC.

I don't post much. I got some help with driver setup and when
I found KMPlayer I thought kool maybe I could share what I found.

I admit I am bumed they Banned me, the support over there was great, but
after some further reading it seams most of the good mods just quit, so I don't what's going on over there and wonder if the support will suffer.

I don't post much because most of the time a search will get me what I need to know.

The KMPlayer is one of the best players I ever found, darn

Wow this is an awesome player!

Great picture and tons of options. I was expecting something cheesy but this is impressive. And my firefly remote works with it! (at the least the volume which my WMP didn't).
