If you pay for something using your bank account & not a credit card, does it charge the person receiving the payment any fees?

If they have a personal account: no.

If they have a premier/business account: yes.

Premier/Business will get tackled 2.9% + .30 (or less) for any payment

Personal Accounts are limited and can only receive Paypal Balance/ echeck without fees
