Banias and Dothan identical pin layout?

I have a Banias 1.4 GHz, and from some info I have read people say I will not be able to swap the two cpu's... everything seems the same... anymore info to read up on?

Check if your cpu is soldered on. Both of my Pentium M equipped laptops, a Thinkpad x31 and a Gateway 200x have soldered cpus. No upgrading for me.
