Bandwith monitor?

Is there a program that will monitor your bandwith per day (upload + download) and disable your network adapter if you go over a certain amount?

NetLimiter

You can use the trial to see if you like it, but it works really well.

You can throttle your own bandwidth per-application with this as well as total bandwidth.

another good one (free):

Bitmeter 2

has a per month cap setting that gives a warning at a user set percentage.. saves usage data in several formats for records or later analysis.

EDIT: it wont throttle down anything though.

Bitmeter 2 won't disable your NIC, but it will warn you...
Does your ISP restrict how much you can download each month? Maybe the ISP Restrictions screen would be useful, just enter details of your monthly quota, and BitMeter will warn you when you approach your limit.

Going to have to try this one since Comcast now has a 250GB/month limit.
