Bandwidth problem...?

Ok so I was "borrowing" songs of Kazaa, and I suddenly noticed that every file I look up caps at 500 or so bandwidth, when just before I got up to 3000... My internet itself is no slower than it was, everything is as it should be this just happened one day... Every file I look up is 500 or so bandwidth limited..

Any suggestions?

P.S.

I have no spyware that I know of on my system after the spybot checker, no viruses, worms, etc.

What are you talking about, this is the application/software/games area, I feel that the bandwidth problem is a software issue so therefore I am correct in posting here.

No one here will help you because you are concerned about how fast you can steal a song. This forum (and most of it's members) do not condone piracy, nor will we assist you with it.
