Bandwidth monitoring in VMs

I'd like to monitor the traffic/bandwidth usage in a VM. Specifically I'm interested in measuring the up/down stream bandwidth of OnLive service in a VM environment.

I've tried a couple of downloads but they don't seem to work.. Does anyone have a recommendation? The host system is Win7 x64, and the guest systems are WinXP x86 and Win7 x64.

esx 4 u2? you can set the nic to promisc and just sniff it from another vm?

I use NetMeter in some virtual environments, works well enough for me. 🙂

Built in Windows performance counters should work just fine.

If your using something like ESX, 'performance' for that VM in vSphere client will also give you decent information.
