Bandwidth Monitor

Can someone recommend a free, lightweight bandwidth monitor so I don't go over my monthly cap? I don't need anything fancy. Just a program to tell me how much data I have downloaded for a given month. I tried Freemeter but it won't work. I'm on Win 7. Thanks.

Usually, your ISP has their own bandwidth monitor. In the case of Comcast which I have they have one. You can run a program or have a router capable of SNMP to give you bandwidth activity.
