I am in college, and the university's brilliant internet policy is 8GB per day. I never come close to it, but I want peace of mind. I Skype a lot and also watch a lot of online videos. Is there a free program that can limit the bandwidth going to specific programs. I currently am using NetLimiter 3 but evidently it has a trial before the user must pay, and I have two days left. Thanks in advance!
