You can't provoke someone to the point of flaming you, then call for their ban. That's known as baiting and is considered a serious offence.

Name calling is common place in OT. Also, I have never seen someone request a length of time for another's ban. Interesting, but ill-fated.

First, I am disturbed at your lack of reading comprehension. Commonplace is way different than acceptance. AT mods are many things; volunteers, unpaid, probably over-worked, hall monitors they are not. They don't have time to read over every little post extracting all the gibberish to find offensive language.

Then when someone, like yourself, so kindly points out offensive language and demands 😕 a 2-week ban, they still have to read over to find the context. Reading the linked thread, the context is very clear. You were demeaning to each other. End of story. It doesn't matter who started it first, though all signs point to you.

BTW, you're not the first person to call me a dumbass son of a b!tch, but may you be banned for 2 weeks for doing so. 😀

EDIT: Also, not sure if you noticed the irony in your thread title while you were typing it. 😀
