Ban the trolls!

I know everyone that enters the CPU forum has seen the trolling of the fanboys, both AMD and Intel. Please, mods, I know I'm not here for long, and I don't have anything to say in here, but I am not the only one who thinks these trolls are incredibly annoying. Please, please, mods, please, ban the trolls. I beg of you, it befowls (is that even a word?) the fun in the forums. All we do is ignore the trolls, we don't even have time to properly post questions, benchmarks, advices and guides. Please mods, please, help us.

See jmarkos post. That said we are keeping an eye on them.

Who are the AMD trolls you want to ban? Let's name names. We already know that Porkster and Dothan are asking for it from the Intel extremist side...

There are no AMD trolls who continue to troll. Every now and then someone replies the same way the Intel trolls do, and then they disappear. For the record, I only included the AMD trolls to not piss off the Intel trolls, cause there aren't any real AMD trolls.

We'll see who the AMD trolls really are when Intel has the superior title for a few days... Right now, they can say pretty much anything good about AMD, and it would be true.

Though I agree, obvious and blatant trolling should not be tolerated from any side of any debate, be it concerning CPUs, video cards, hard disks, monitors, or whatever.

Why its really funny watching them spew their ignorant and incoherent comments, then watching them get trashed by the posters with an IQ over 80, the only reason to ban them would be to keep them from posting on ?help me with my rigs? threads so they don?t lead people afoul.

I'm really sick of these trolls, and you're right, Proviafan. The second Intel takes the crown (once again) we'll see who the trolls are. I can only pray the mods will do something about it. Duvie for mod! >.<

Something needs to be done. The mods have enough time to close Duvie's thread but not enough time to ban the trouble makers that made the thead necessary??

This place is beginning to be a major joke. Hell you don't even notice there are mods until you criticize them. The mods on this particular forum need to take a page from the mods at techguy.org. Maybe that is why techguy is online every Tuesday live broadcast and anand isn't?????

Anand is a good site, but the trolls run rampant. Let them ruin a site that is otherwise informative. That will get this site listed higher in the search engines now won't it??

Porkster and Dothan must go. I have no issue with naming names.

what is a troll? maybe we should ban those who speak is vernacular that newbes can't understands, and ban those who use acronyms when writing, maybe we should ban everyone who does not think, or look like us. then we can ban books and eliminate the dregs on society. lets get rid of those annoying little cutsie sayings and discriptions of one's computer that accompanies their replies.
