Ban OutWar?

With the on-and-off problems we have with OutWar players trolling the forums, why not just ban OutWar URL's? I realize they can use re-directs and other means to get people there anyhow, but it would stop some of the dumber players from trolling AT users. A little protection would seem to be better than none in this case.
