Easier to click a button than to make a new email address, sign up, confirm email, reset ip, and relogin.

You'll eventually get tired of changing IP address, making new email account, etc. etc.

Easier to tracert the IP and send a letter to his ISP notifying them that their customer is harrassing people and most likely violating the ISP's EULA/TOS. :)

For the love of God, please contact his ISP, determine he broke his ISP's terms of service and have him booted from the entire internet :p :)

I don't know about Fusetalk, but for me to ban someone in IPB, it takes *counts* four clicks. :p

Preemptively banning a re-registering account (lol, cookies) takes one. :p
