Ballistix Tracers 8500

I was having trouble with my older ram dieing out on me so I went ahead and ordered some Crucial Ballistix Tracers (8500s). Ran them both for about four days before I started getting blue screens of death. So I started isolating parts. Running memtest I got errors so I switched DIMMs, still getting errors. Dropped it down to 800 at 5-5-5-12 and still got errors. This is where the question is, I bumped the voltage up to 2.25 to see if they would stable out (They didn't). Am I going to have any issues RMAing these sticks?

Memtest errors on brand new sticks? I'd definitely try to RMA

If I had a dollar for every problem I've read about ballistix...

Yeah I'm just curious if they can tell whether or not I went above normal voltage. I've heard good and bad about ballistix. For the price I figured I'd give it a shot.
