my Ballistix ddr2 800 ram has EPP#2 500mhz @ 5-5-5-15-30(tRC), 2T, 2.2V

what does these Timings tables mean? i also have:

JEDEC #1 333mhz, 4-5-5-15-20, 1.8v
JEDEC #2 400mhz, 5-5-5-18-23, 1.8v
EPP#1, 4-4-4-12-24, 2T 2.2v
EPP #2 (above)

That mean the manufacturer has tested them at those speeds. EPP is a profile that can be set in the bios. Basically is let you set the ram up with one step in the bios. At least I'm pretty sure that's what it is.
