Ball Head recommendation to go on top of Induro C213

I'm looking for a ~$250 ball head for my tripod. I don't want a ball head too small, even though I have no 10 lb telephoto lens. I just mainly use my 17-55mm and 10-22mm for object and landscape shots. It doesn't need to be compact but should be below 1.5lbs (my Induro C213 tripod weighs in about 3.5 lbs). I want the ball head to have spirit level, quick release (clamp or screw is ok), and 360 degree pan with degree measurement. I've eyed RRS BH-40 LR II but it is way out of my price range. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

I guess the reviews finally got out about this unit; I paid about $50 less for it back in May.
