No, it looked like Kilanj to me. Its like an early style Isuzu Trooper (kinda squared off at the corners).

its a typo

it is Kijang, not Kijank

Kijang is Indonesian for Deer, and is a VERY popular brand among Indonesians (coz theyre cheap, and can haul a lot of people)
It is made by toyota

Ill Bet my ass on it!!!

NO WAY that the true Balinese people (who are mostly religious Hindus) can ever do this, they believe in Karma (retribution)

Bali was a VERY safe place, you can just walk in the middle of the night and not get robbed, however I cannot say the same thing to people who came from outside of Bali (mostly from Java island), almost most of the crimes there are perpertrated by people from outside of Bali

This doesn't just happen because of Muslims... ever heard of the IRA?

There's been no conclusive link to any group as of yet.

Traggic :( My girlfriend was there just last week. She spent most nights in that club. Too close for my liking.

I don't care much who did it. I'm just hoping most get back here ok. Bali is like a home away from home for Australians. Not anymore I guess, which REALLY sucks, because it is such a nice place. Kuta beach is home to large numbers of mostly Australians, Americans and Europeans. The Sari Nightclub is very popular with Westerners. Reports are that as much as 70% of the injured are Australian. Using that, as many as 130 Aussies may have died, which is a lot for a country of only 20 million. American fatalities could be as high as 50 I guess.

Clearly, this attack was directly aimed at the West. It was no doubt designed to polarise the more fundamental Islamic views, causing further unrest (note: Islam hates terrorism and killing in any form as much as any other orthodox religion. I am Athiest).

Further proof that this world is going to blow itself up hating each other. Humans are the strangest of creatures.

This really sucks. I was really saddened and angered when I heard the latest figures, 14 confirmed Aussie deaths, around 220 missing Aussies and over 100 injured.

:(

yeah Indo and Bali are favorite destinations of a lot of surfers. I think are 2 socal, orange county surfers unaccounted for but most of the casualties were aussies I believe. Sucks they would seek to ruin tourism/only income for such peaceful area.

:(

Yeah, the missing is now about 180 Aussies with another 30 confirmed dead, most will have to be identified by DNA and dental records. Injuries are consistant with a war-like situation. :( Tens of locals and other foreigners also missing and dead. :(

I didn't think sadness could get worse than September 11th. But when it hits so close to home, affecting people in your community, you realise how deep it cuts.

Hopefully Indonesia tightens security now.
