Intel graphics still not supported? These guys need to get to work, this is the type of game you play on a machine that has nothing but Intel graphics...

Yeah, that makes no sense at all. This thing should run on pretty much any IGP thats been on the market for the past couple years.

Course, does 'not supported' mean they don't test or assist with issues for Intel IGPs and it actually works just fine?

I own the game but all my rigs at home are non-Intel graphics so I can't verify if it means they don't work at all or are simply not supported.

The problem with intel gfx is, they are just about the worst for anything openGL related.

Maybe intel has changed things with the latest version of their chips, but, pretty much all laptops or desktop machine they have ever had are a crash prone mess all because intel didn't want to write decent openGL drivers.

It's been half off on Steam already. Probably will be at least 50% off again in a month when the Summer Sale is going on.

I just completed the original BGII with TOB in OpenGL on an HD4000, without issue. So if it doesn't work with their updated version, then they are to blame.

I wish they would sell it on gog; i just don't want to deal with yet another client/drm system.

Wasn't BG/BG2 originally software rendering with some 3d thrown in for a few things like spell effects? I remember running the BG2 demo on a 200MHz Pentium with no 3d acceleration. How many changes have they made to the enhanced edition?
