Baldur's Gate "Dark Alliance" for $10 at BB (XBox) YMMV?

My friend picked this up the other day. Pretty good 2 player RPG, especially for the money.

Great game, it's been stuck at $29.99 for Xbox for some time too, so $9.99 is obviously a good deal. Playstation 2 users can find it for $19.99 or less pretty much anywhere. You may want to wait til part two comes out, since the ending to this one is pretty frustrating.

It's a good game. Especially for for 2 players and for $10 it's a great deal. It's not really an RPG though. It's more action than RPG.

While not a highly rated game, they also have Minority Report for the PS2 for $9.99 too. Picked up both for my son's birthday.

In addition, I was cruising through KMart and saw Half-Life Counterstrike for $3! What luck, as its the full retail version. I was just installing the series on a new PC and it would have taken me hours to find the original download on all the file CD's....

You're lucky, my local BB (Fullerton, CA) sells out (of any low priced game or item) within a couple of hours. You've practically got to be waiting for them to open to get it. I waited an hour on Sunday to get MOH Deluxe and it was the 2nd to the last one left. I didn't even think about ordering it online because I ordered the Matrix CD last week and I still haven't got it yet.

Honestly, it's a lot better on PS2, but for $10, thats not a bad price at all.

This is a perfect opportunity for a price match at CC (which is probably right down the street from your BB)! I called the CC near my house after seeing this game in the BB Sunday flier. They had one copy left. I placed it on hold. Took the flier in with me and price matched. Walked out the door with the game for $7.41.

Yep! Bring your receipt in and they will credit you the difference

Nothing unless you're a fanboy. It's a direct port. They didn't take advantage of any xbox features on this one.

I saw this at my local Blockbuster today for PS2 used for $5.99 and all preplayed/previewed are 25% off too. Skipped on it though, not my style.

Just went to a local BestBuy but they were out of stock. Took the flyer over to Circuit City next door and got it pricematched. Picked up their last copy at $7.53 out da door! Few of the employees at CC were shocked at the price when they were ringing up the game for me.
