turning into the slayer made my solo monk worse :p

The Slayer is a wuss :p Low HP and low DMG.

My Shapeshifter/Fighter with good gear had 5 attacks every round, was critting for 50+. Fighter HLAs and Kangaxx's ring = 10 crits in one round (6 seconds). Hell, a standard Weimer Shapeshifter is more powerful than a slayer. And so much more badass :D

I was even soloing the Tactics mod without much trouble - except for Kangaxx. 7 ranged Imprisonments (no save throws, ignores MR ) and 3 Spellstrikes every round sitting in the middle of a Teleport Field was a tad to much to rush :p Luckily, he summoned a pit lord :D And didn't have Protection from Evil - the pit lord made short work of him (for some reason he didn't fight the demon :p).

I hope Dragon Age: Origins delivers. Though it would probably have to be on a level of a World Wonder to beat BG2 ;)

apparently kangaxx is still vulnerable to the Save vs. Death of the Mace of Disruption - I had a buffed Viconia kill him in 1 hit since he failed his save, despite being immune to +3 or lower weapons :Q

uh... there is no all in one patch.

you patch what you want.

first off, the official patch.

then the g3 fixpack

then the g3 tweakpack if you want. (it also has ease of use type stuff.)

then maybe some content packs.

then any modded NPC's you might want.

I always use the Official TOB patch.
Then the TweakPack (cuz much of it is stuff they probably should have had in the main game anyways).
Then a few mods like infinite sized containers and keep adding more spells per level up to infinity.
I also have a number of custom avatar pictures, big and small.
