On a more serious note, I think stem cell research will definitely provide a "permanent" solution for baldness. Of course, it may take a decade or more for that to be widely available.

Stem cell research will be a God-send for many insecure men......lots of thick, wavy hair and fat dick you trip over. :D

Unfortunately, the sale of expensive sports cars will tank when this happens.

Abandonment by your family, inability to find a romantic partner, never being promoted from a hidden cubicle-monkey position, persecution by roving gangs...

I'm short and balled with that predicament. Boo ya!

Clever use of words.

As far as baldness goes, I couldn't care less. If I could thicken my hair with a $5 pill from Walgreens, I wouldn't. I take it as it comes, and as long as I don't feel physically wrong, problems aren't problems at all.

im not going bald, but i have the adult hairline at 30... thing is, when i wear a hat the girls think im in my early 20's. if i could get back the hairline i had as a teen i would just tell girls, "I'm 23, fuck me. ":D

Yeah when I wear a hat (and am clean shaven, which is rare) I look pretty young. When I was first looking at the car I just bought the lady working there thought I was 18 or less, and I'm 30.

i hate that shit though. well, sometimes its fun. like when you go into home depot and look around all curiously... and some old fart comes up to you and starts asking dumbass questions. i let him go on for a bit, then i belly out some technical jargon really fast. the look on their face is priceless, then they leave me alone:awe:

That's me. When the baldness "cure" comes out, I will spend all the money that cr@p would cost and invest it in hardware instead. Shaving my head --> best decision I made, EVER. I wouldn't spend a penny if there would be a way now to regrow my hair to full within a week. Hair = Overrated :)

maybe this time the miracle will be more impressive than Rogaine...

Rogaine works, but it has limits.

First off, the hair up front is different from the hair in back, thats why it disappears first.
Rogaine sadly only works on the hair in middle and back. So it wont fix the hairline up front but it will keep you from experiencing cueballism.

Also, in some patients it only works to stop loss, not grow new hair.

I know this cuz I actually read up on it. Personally I think as the product stands, we do need something better. But it does work, just not enough to satisfy everyone.

You can have the hair off my ass. It's pretty luxurious back there.

What's with that. It seems like the older you get, the more your hair migrates south. It's like gravity pulls the follicles down your back somehow.

I tried Rogaine...it makes my scalp break out with a rash, so I can't use it. Propecia will actually grow hair (and it's in pill form), but it's a pain in the ass to get and costs $70/month. It can also screw up your kidneys.

So, I'm stuck with reading "hair styles for guys with thinning hair" books.

You have to have a certain face structure to pull of a shaved head. If you don't have a strong jaw and decent cheekbones, you'll end up looking like a thumb.

I started drawing rabbits on my head.

From a distance, they look like hares.
