Balancing sound levels of different MP3s

I was wondering if there are any products that will balance the sound levels from different MP3 songs. I hate burning audio CDs and having to play with the volume on every song.

I saw EasyCD Creator included such an application but I was hoping to avoid that product.

You can use any WAV/MP3 editor like GoldWave, Cool Edit and so on and simply normalize the songs all to one settings..Regards
