When they say 5 servings of fruits and veges...does it mean 10 altogether or just 5?
And if i'm eating 5servings of fruits, does it mean i can forget about the veges? Eating fruits is easier for me than veges.

fruits and veggies are two different food groups, and i believe it is 2-3 servings of each, giving the 5 total

I think the recommended is 3 servings of veggies, 2 servings of fruit. So yeah, 5 total

No. Because veggies provide different things from fruit (and at a much lower calorie content than fruit).

And even then, you need to be varying things. There are different groups of veggies, and different groups of fruits.

Spinach is much different than a tomato. Green beens are very different from broccoli. None of the above are anything like a bell pepper. In fruits, a pineapple is nothing like a blueberry. A banana provides different things than a pear does. Ect.

You really should be blending in different types from each group.
