Baking question

OK, I realize its possible to do it, much like you could make them without sugar... but is the result any good? Thats what I'm really asking.

If it does produce acceptable results, is there any necessary modifications to the recipe?

Typically you use both brown and regular sugar in chocolate chip cookies. I've never tried making them with all brown sugar. Give it a shot. I hope they don't suck.

one to one according to this site. I like brown sugar better myself anyways. Its not going to affect if or how it bakes tho, its only sugar.

umm... every single chocolate chip cookie I have ever made has included brown sugar in the recipe.... why do you think they have a brown color? Granted you also have to use granulated white sugar in there somewhere.
