Honestly, this thing is more comfortable than any pull out bed/futon

It has springs and a topper so it looks like it's a cut above what you would usually get. Also the reviews are good.

from the reviews, it's durability past 8 months seems questionable
a lot of the 5 star reviews are for 2-7 weeks, i haven't seen any past 5-6 months (after checking about 50 of them)
a lot of the 1 star reviews are for 8 months to 2 years, and they say the springs start punching through the fabric, and other mishaps occur

other than that, it does look like a nice couch, especially for temporary usage
