The BBB finally got back to me about a complaint I filed 6 months ago regarding fotoconnection.com The company considers the matter closed....
If you read resellerratings.com they do bait and switch for most of their customers. In my case, they did not even send me all of what they said they would!! http://www.resellerratings.com/seller3471.html
Bait and switch is illegal in the state of NY. ( http://www.consumer.state.ny.us/clahm/Clahm-FalseAdvertising.htm ) Do you think its worth suing? Maybe even try a class action and put these guys out of business so they can't harm others?
