Baileys Irish Cream, how does it stay fresh at room temp?

Its weird, because on the back of the bottle it says it can be stored at up to 78F or so. other brands of irish cream just specify that they should be refridgerated. they go bad?

There's alchohol in it, you know, the same stuff they use as a disinfectant. Should be good for dairy products. Hell, they should out alchohol in all dairy products :evil:
 
I thought most alcohols can be stored at room temp. because it doesn't seem like they go out of their way to refridgerate booze at the store...unless they are selling cold beer. Maybe you need to take special steps after you open the bottle. I don't know, but Irish car bombs taste great.
