Bah stupid atm

Go to withdraw $100 and it gives me a single $100 bill. I wish I had a bank fancy enough to have a bill selector built in

You used to be able to get as little as 5's. I've had to pull money out at 7-11 for a cash purchase and it gave 20's 50's and 100s.

Hah, I was just at an ATM yesterday and it kept giving me error messages. Turns out the ATM was out of money. Never seen that before

My bank sucks when that happens. It makes you go through the whole procedure of the withdrawal before it notifies you it's out of money.

I'd be pissed to get $100 from an atm. For the little cash I spend I don't want to have to get change for $100.

Withdraw $80 instead. Hard for them to give you a $100 then. Also, unless they stock it with small bills (which is fairly rare), they can't give you a $50 either.

The new ATM near me has bill selector, which is really nice. Has 5, 20 and 50. Not sure if it has 100s because I haven't pulled out that much. It is really nice to be able to get 5s.

Every other ATM I go to only does 20s.

It does hand out $10s so I have asked for $100 before and gotten (1) 50, (2) 20s and (1) 10 before.

Yeah those are really nice. Sadly my bank isn't fancy enough for that but they give good APRs on savings and are convenient so I put up with how lackluster everything is
