The Athlon 64 takes a big hit in performance if you raise the 1T timing. Play with the other memory settings or lower the clock rather than change 1T to 2T.

Something I forgot to mention, an earlier BIOS revision was running fine, and this one can't seem to get my RAM running at DDR400 no matter what I do. (Auto everything sets it to DDR266 1T)

That's the problem, everything is at stock, and timings have already been relaxed.
I've tried all the settings, and I'm assuming there's no option to change that timing.
I'm just gonna flash to an earlier BIOS.
