bah margins got screwed up in word help

i screwed around with the margins in microsoft word to print with out the margins and now i can't get them back to normal. i tried resetting to defaults but won't work. Can i get the values in this order: top, left, gutter, bottom, right, gutter position.

recopy normal.dot from the install CD maybe?

Or just use whatever values you want. I think the defaults are like 1.25" left/right and 1" top/bottom. Gutter is 0" and header/footer are .5"
