Bah I'm feeling so lethargic

Today's my off day from the gym, no lifting. I'm feeling really lethargic and almost sleepy, should I go down there and at least bike for like 30-45 minutes while reading my book? Its easy and burns calories, but damn I just wanna go home and veg.
 
Probably not if you have a heavy routine already. Doing so could cause you to be over-trained. In fact, depending on how hard you workout already, the feeling you have could be caused by overtraining already.
 
If it just causes you to dislike working out, then you might stop working out. It could come back and haunt you. Don't ever overtrain; overtraining is far worse than training poorly or undertraining.
