My finger slipped and I closed a window by accident but I don't know which one. Is there any way to find out? Or some sorta windows uption to help me?

I have roughly 10 open now...after I closed one. I'm writing a paper and having alot of ie windows open for sources and some other programs running. I'm afraid I lost one of my sources or whatnot and I'm unsure which one is lost. As for history I've been online all day and I can't go throught every website i've been to today because I'll be here for the next 5 hours or so. T_T ugh

You just killed your 10 page report!

EDIT: But I think once or twice I've accidentaly done that somehow. Before I reinstalled autosizer. Don't think I lost anything though.

Yea actually. Is there a problem?

Yes. Grow a pair of balls. Gain an education. Develop common sense. Persue a firm grip on reality.

If there were any images on there, go into the temporary internet files, sort by date/time, and see if the images jog your memory as to what the site was called.

There should be a way to sort history by time accessed. Where is the history located? Maybe you can that way...

Five words: "Wut" is not a word. (but it's a damn good way to make the forum think you're 10 years old 😛)

Please, somebody think about the children!

Huh? 😕 If you don't know which one it is, and you don't know what's missing/different, why do you care?

Let me guess; this is just another "I did this XYZ" monkey-see-monkey-do thread, right? Kids...

In XP/2000: C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\History

Note: The local settings folder is hidden by default. To turn that off, click Tools -> Folder Options -> View tab. Check "Show hidden files and folders" and Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and click "Yes" on the dialog box that appears. Then click "Ok."

MyIE2 would've saved you.. it has an undo feature which is used EXACTLY for this. Too bad I just switched to FF.

You know its just too bad that History can't be sorted by "Last Site Visited," thus negating your problem.... 😕

On second thought, end yourself.
