bah comp gets disconnected. plz help!

My setup is as follows.

Wireless D-link PCI NIC (of comp 1) to Belkin Wireless Router
Wired Intel NIC (of comp 2) to belkin Wireless router

When i try to transfer a big file (greater than 150 megs) or many files at one time, the transfer eventually hangs. Comp 2 becomes unreachable, and fails to have any connectivity to internet or network. I have to reset the router to get it to be active again.

I have updated both NIC driver's and updated the router's firmware.

comp 2 is running 2kpro, comp 1 XP home

Anybody familiar with this problem or has run into something similar? Any solutions / recommendations?
