$18 dollar "Upgrade" Fee for purchasing a new phone from them. I hate all these lameass charges these Cell Phone companies come up with. Activation Fee, ETF, Upgrade Fee.. what's next? PMITA Fee?

Not that I like paying fees PaulNEPats, but if they only charge you $18.00 while on contract, that's a good deal IMO. My last phone was almost free w/ a 2 year contract 😱

me too. It all depends on your negotiating skills.

this is what I recently got:

SE w600i phone for $99 - $100 MIR = FREE
$30 credit on phone bill b/c they didnt had the car charger in stock
No Upgrade Fee
Free Expidited Next Day shipping

you have to say "NO" until they agree to what you want 😉

EDIT: This was for renewing the contract (not a new line)
