bah. amazon messed up my order. but great costumer service!

Last week i ordered some car chargers and case's for some Galaxy Tab 2's I got the kids.

We are going on vacation down to see my parents.

I got the package today. it had a bunch of children's books (btw written by Henry Winkler lol).

i called amazon and they are going to have ups come pick them up tomm.

so i asked about my shipment (mine was $71 vs $23 for the books) and it was showing delivered.

how can someone confuse books with car chargers? lol

they are crediting me my money and given me $15 extra to overnight the stuff i need.

I agree. I had a situation with a gift for my wife a while back. I had to ship the item to my office, cause we were living in the Ghetto. Ironically enough it got stolen cause the UPS guy left it on the front steps of a business on a Saturday(we are only open on weekdays). I called Amazon to see if they insured it. They said no, but refunded me the money and shipping to buy a new one. It was a little inconvenient cause of timing, but to know that I wasn't out the present and the money was worth it to me.
