Details are lacking at the moment, but it looks like there are many angry Shittes:

The killings in the Shiite majority Sadr City came on a day that saw deadly clashes between protesters and coalition forces in the holy city of Najaf, fighting in Baghdad and a car bombing in Kirkuk.

Whisky Tango Foxtrot :| It seems like fewer and fewer Iraqi factions want the US & Allies there. Is there no accountability in this administration for failing to see that this would happen? This is the inevitable consequence of meddling with an alien culture with no democratic tradition.

Yeah, it's reaching a point where it seems they want us out more and more. Maybe we should grant them their wish. I wonder if they can prevent a civil war by themselves?

No, it's not. That's all Liberal lies. There is only a small remnant of Saddam loyalists, Baathist extremists and foreign terrorists that is causing some minor trouble but the majority of Iraqis couldn't be happier that the Americans are in Iraq. In fact they are so happy that nearly 90 per cent of new born boys have been named "Dubya" as one of their names.

Even sadder thing is, there are people who honestly think like this. :(

As far as i can tell, Shitte and anger are one in the same...have you seen the religious rituals they follow with the self-mutilation? that just isn't right.

Born again Christian Pilipinos in the Philippines and Catholic Spaniards in some small towns in Spain do the same during Easter.

So why was it important to liberate them from Saddam?
