I'm beginning to believe it is bacterial. I think it's a sinus infection. A bad one. Not only am I feverish and achey, but my face is starting to hurt (yes, I know it's killing you too) and so are my back teeth. 🙁 I hate this crap, because antibiotics seldom touch it with me. And it takes weeks to go away. :|
