oh yes...very nice ;) the forum's nice too, although people don't post too often.

as far as the guy's foot speed in the video from the original post, i wasn't that impressed, i don't see what the big deal is, he's not going that fast.

how can anyone leave out Terry Bozzio:confused:

Many have been left out. Many better than Bozzio

impossible.

Impossible? Not impossible. You have to take into account what Bozzio has as a drum kit and what Bonham HAD as a drum kit. It's not even a match. The sounds coming from Bonham with what he had, including a single bass pedal are absolutely fvcking ridiculous.

I've always thought Neil Peart was an awesome technical drummer. His feet can be going 4/4 while his hands are 3/4 or 6/8 time.

I really like Carter Beauford because not only does he sound great, he's awesome to watch.

John Bonham owns in Led Zeppelin live, on DVD. Watch it, then tell me that's not a drum solo.

It was un-rehearsed, has never been replicated, and he could never do it twice. It came from somewhere else...out there, as most were back then. ;)

I'm sure it's probably good if you have a question though. Do people get back to you fast? Like... ATOT fast? Oh wait, that's impossible.

Lol, yeah it's good if you have a question because everybody there knows what they're talking about. As far as reply speed, it depends on the question, but generally you can expect an answer between a couple hours to a few days unless it's just so obscure that nobody cares.
