bad windows 98 cd

Hey I have a bad Windows 98SE OEM cd but I still have my valid OEM liscense. Is there any way to call up Microsoft and get the CD replaced for a nominal S&H fee?

Just make a copy of a friends, its legal if you still use your CD key
