Bad Voltage Drop on CPU

Hey Guys,

I used to have my CPU set at a vcore of 1.375 and it used to be rock stable, the I bumped it up to 1.38 just to be on the safe side. Now when I check a program it's voltage is being reported as 1.33 volts even though it's set in the bios as 1.38. Is it possible the voltage droop is getting worse? Should I just keep turning it up higher and higher in bios as it's starting to lose stability or is there a way I can fix the droop?

Thanks!

I think my board used to read higher though, I think it's dropping voltage lower as time goes on.
